About Kevin Murray
Kevin Murray is a central defender with Cork City.
Kevin first played with Cork City in 2002/03 and in four seasons at Turner's Cross he made 26 league appearances before signing for Cobh Ramblers in 2006. He made 95 league appearances over the next three seasons, scoring eight goals, and picked up a First Division title medal in 2007.
In 2009, despite rumoured interested from Cork City, he signed for Waterford United as centre back partner to Kenny Browne and achieved the incredible feat of having played every single minute of every one of the Blues’ 48 competitive matches for the that campaign.
Kevin made 49 league appearances over the next two seasons before leaving the Blues at the end of 2011. On 16th November 2011, Kevin signed for newly promoted Cork City for the 2012 season.
