About Conor McCormack
A former Manchester United trainee, Conor also spent time at Italian Serie B side Triestina. Conor played on trial for Shamrock Rovers through the 2011 pre-season, eventually signing a permanent deal on February 24th.
Conor made his senior debut away to Lisburn Distillery in the Setanta Cup on 14 March 2011 and made his league bow on April 1st, coming on as a 77th minute substitute in the 4-0 win over Drogheda United at Hunky Dorys Park. He made 21 league appearances as Rovers won their second consecutive League title and played in the club's ground breaking European campaign that took them to the Group stages of the Europa League.
