Pat Flynn - St. Patrick's Athletic
About Pat Flynn
Pat started his professional career at Wolverhampton Wanderers and was at Molineux from 2003 to 2005. From there he moved to Torquay United where he made one league appearance before signing for Kidderminster Harriers for whom he made 7 league appearances in the 2005/06 season.
On the 7th March 2006 Pat returned to Ireland, signing for Mike Kerley at Waterford United. He made his debut three days later in a 0-0 draw against St Patrick's Athletic at Richmond Park and went on to make 29 league appearances in a season that would see the Blues relegated after losing a Play-Off to Finn Harps.
Pat was signed by Shamrock Rovers in in December 2007, in time for the start of the 2008 season. He made 38 league appearances in his first two seasons and another 21 in 2010 when the Hoops lifted the League title. Pat also played in the 2010 FAI Cup final which the Tallaght club lost on penalties to Sligo Rovers. But in 2011 first team opportunities were rare and Pat played in only 6 of Rovers' league games, as they again won the League title.
In January 2012 Pat left Shamrock Rovers to sign for Liam Buckley at St Patrick's Athletic.
