About Ben Ryan
Ben played with Wexford Youths in 2010 making his league debut as a late substitute in a 0-0 away draw against Salthill Devon on 26th June. He went on to make 12 league appearances in his debut season and scored one league goal, in the 5-2 away win over Mervue United.
The following season Ben cemented his place in the Youths' first team, making 28 league appearances and scoring six times. But in January 2012 Ben signed for south coast neighbours Waterford United. He made his debut for the Blues in a 3-1 home win over eventual champions Limerick FC on 9 March 2012 and made 20 league appearances, scoring three league goals.
