Sean Byrne - Shelbourne
About Sean Byrne
Sean played underage football at Home Farm and Belvedere before signing for Bohemians at the start of the 2008 season. His first team debut came on 7th April 2009 when he came on as a substitute against Galway United at Terryland Park.
At the start of the 2010 season Sean signed for Dermot Keely at Shelbourne and made 29 appearances, scoring twice in his debut season at Tolka Park. Sean found playing time harder to come by in Shels promotion winning season of 2011. He made just 6 league starts, adding 6 more appearances from the bench. However, he did start in the FAI Cup final when the Reds went down to Sligo Rovers after a penalty shootout.
