John Paul’s Biography
Defender John Paul Gallagher started his career with Dungannon Swifts who he joined at 13 years of age. He had a short spell at Glenavon before signing for Belfast club Linfield where he won a league and cup double in 2009/10.
Injury ended his time at Linfield and he briefly returned to Dungannon before taking some time out of football.
In May 2011 he signed for Peter Hutton at Finn Harps and made five league appearances for the club before leaving due to work commitments in September 2011. JP subsequently rejoined Dungannon Swifts for their 2011/12 Irish League season.
