Neale’s Biography
Neale Phelan is a forward who played with FC Carlow in the A Championship before following former Carlow boss Shane Keegan to Wexford Youths in 2012. Neal played a part in pre-season preparations and made the bench for the Leinster Senior Cup defeat to Shelbourne in February, but was not a member of the club's final panel for the 2012 First Division campaign.
