Michael’s Biography
Local boy, Michael, made his debut for Dundalk in 2003 at the age of just 17 and went on to make 26 appearances for the club before he departed in the summer of 2004 to take up a four year scholarship at the University of Memphis.
In his time in America Michael played 54 times for the college team and also made 5 appearances for the Cape Cod Crusaders in the USL Development League.
In 2009 he returned for a second spell at Dundalk, making 21 league appearances under Sean Connor as the club returned to Premier Division football following seven seasons in the First Division.
In March of 2010 Michael signed for Dermot keely at Shelbourne and made 15 league appearances during the Reds' First Division campaign, scoring once, in a 2-1 home defeat against Derry City.
