Sarah’s Biography
Sarah played for Castlebar Celtic for two and a half seasons from 2012/13 until February 2015. In 2013/14 her performances saw her called up to the Republic of Ireland u19 squad for the European Championships. She left Castlebar to join Raheny United halfway through 2014/15 season, playing in the 2014/15 Champions League when Raheny reached the last 32 before going out to Bristol Academy.
She also won the FAI Cup in her first season at the club and was part of the merger which led to Raheny coming under the Shelbourne banner for 2015/16. She played with Shels through to the end of the short 2016 season as the league transitioned to a Summer season, winning a league and Cup double with the Reds that season.
Sarah spent the next few years concentrating on her GAA Career at inter-county level with Mayo and in 2020 she added another string to her bow when she signed a one season contract to play Australian Rules Football with Collingwood in the AFLW.
She returned to Shelbourne in 2021 but stayed for just one season, next appearing in the WNL when she signed for Bohemians in February 2023.
