Kevin’s Biography

Kevin was a member of the Waterford United U19 squad for the 2012/2013 season and in January 2013 he was promoted to the senior squad by boss Paul O'Brien. He made his league debut at home to Finn Harps on the opening night of the 2013 season and scored his first league goal in the 5-0 drubbing of Salthill Devon on 4 October. He made an impressive 22 league appearances in his debut season and followed that up with another 22 league appearances in 2014.

At the end of 2014 Kevin left the Blues and in April 2015 he joined Cork City under manager John Caulfield. He made his league bow for City against Sligo Rovers at Turner's Cross on 8 May and just a couple of months later in July 2015, Kevin signed a new contract with City to keep him at the club until the end of the 2016 season. He made 21 league appearances in 2015, scoring once in a 3-1 win against St Pats, as Cork finished runners-up to Dundalk. Kevin also played in the 2015 FAI Cup Final but Dundalk defeated Cork 1-0 after extratime. He made 28 league appearances in 2016 and won an FAI Cup winners medal as City beat Dundalk 1-0. Kevin then re-signed with Cork for the 2017 season.

In July 2017, Kevin was signed by English club Preston North End. In January 2018, Kevin moved from Preston on loan to Fleetwood Town for the remainder of the season.

In January 2020, Kevin went on loan to Waterford. His spell at Waterford was cut short due to the Covid-19 pandemic but when he was released by Preston at the end of June 2020, he returned home and signed for Cork City until the end of the season.

In January 2021, Kevin signed for Shels.
