So, the referee has blown it up with a minute to go due to the floodlight failure. Pat's have done really well tonight and will be feeling very confident going into the second leg with two away goals scored. That's all from me this evening folks. Good night!
With just a minute to go, the floodlights have failed in the LFF Stadium!
Pat's have been good value for this scoreline tonight. They've kept plugging away despite twice going a goal behind and have taken their chances well.
That was a fantastic strike from O'Brien. He took it with the outside of his foot and it flew past Vitkauskas.
A sensational Ger O'Brien strike from 20 yards flies into the top corner for Pat's second away goal of the night.
Luka Peric's long range effort is saved by Brendan Clarke.
A sumptuous ball to the back post found the head of Andro Svrljuga. He headed back across Clarke who made a fantastic diving save but could only tip it out to Kamil Bilinski who tapped home from close range.
Pat's are starting to retain possession a bit better now and have had two shots in quick succession from Ian Bermingham and Chris Forrester.
Andro Svrljuga heads just wide for Zalgiris.
Andrius Velicka replaces Ramunas Radavicius for Zalgiris Vilnius.
Pat's go close again through Bolger. He found himself in space 25 yards from goal and hit a powerful shot towards the corner of the net but Vitkauskas saved well.
In case anyone was wondering, the assist came from Greg Bolger.
A long ball over the Zaligris defence finds Conan Byrne on the right wing. Byrne ran onto it and curled it around the on-rushing Vitkauskas with his first touch. That's a vital away goal for the Inchicore side.
Conan Byrne plays in a good cross to the back post but it's just out of the reach of the in-rushing Chris Forrester.
Zalgiris have started the second half as they finished the first- putting pressure on the League of Ireland side. Some last ditch defending from Pat's allows them to clear their lines.
The game is back underway in Vilinus. During the break we had the Lithuanian lotto draw on. So, if you're the lucky winner, let us know by tweeting Extratime.ie at @ExtratimeNews
Half-time in Lithuania and the hosts still lead by that solitary goal. St Pat's have done okay so far but Zalgiris deserve their lead.
Brennan is back up and running and looks okay to continue.
Killian Brennan is down injured and receiving treatment at the moment.
A penalty shout for Pat's after Conor Kenna looked to be pushed in the back is waved away by the referee.
Brendan Clarke does well to smother a Kamil Bilinksi through ball that would surely have led to Zalgiris doubling their advantage.
Conan Byrne misses a golden chance for St Pat's! A misplaced pass from Chris Forrester was completely left by the Zalgiris defence, allowing it to run to Byrne at the back post but he hit his shot straight at Vitkauskas.
Pat's are being put under a lot of pressure since the goal. With 15 minutes to go until half-time they need to see this half out and recuperate in the dressing room at the break.
It was a thunderbolt of a finish, though.
Pat's won't be happy with conceding that goal. The defence backed off Kamolov in their own box, practically inviting him to shoot.
Kamolov picked up the ball on the edge of the box after it was pulled back to him. He was allowed too much time to compose himself before smashing past Brendan Clarke.
Christy Fagan's effort from 25 yards out is easily dealt with by Armantas Vitkauskas in the Zalgiris goal.
Zalgiris win a corner after they hit the wall with a free-kick. The corner come to nothing, however.
Pat's have started the game well and look comfortable on the ball but Zalgiris look quick on the break.
John Russell is booked for Pat's. Looked like it was for dissent.
St Pat's win a free-kick on the edge of the box but Killian Brennan blazes over.
Christy Fagan sees his shot blocked beofre goal. That's the best chance of the game so far.
I'm no expert on Lituanian football so I won't comment on the Zalgiris team. Although I do know that they have conceded only six goals in 17 matches. And they play in green and white.
So Pat's manager Liam Buckley has included new loanee Philly Hughes in the squad for this evening's game, while Anto Flood doesn't even make the bench. Could this be a sign of moves to come during the transfer window?
Kick-off is only 40 minutes away now and the team news is in. The teams will appear on the sides of your screen in the next few minutes.
